Our clients in
Frenchtown, has desired to be independent from “the grid” for over 10
years. Since their roof was cut up into smaller sections, a roof mount system was
not feasible. Luckily they live on 20 acres, and we were able to install a 60 panel
“pole mount” system behind the house.
Special considerations
included a utility main oil line that ran down the center of the property and that the
property had a very high water table, both of which we handled with no extra cost to the
homeowner!
Let’s not forget that we installed the
system with thousands of cicadas for a constant “hum” in the background.
And, our electrician had a close encounter with
a gaggle of peacocks! We love Hunterdon County!
Our client now has a 7.3 kw solar electric
system standing tall and proud among the hayfields that generates 100 % of the their
electrical energy needs.
