We realize that there are a number of solar power companies for you to choose from and this is the place where we list the reasons why we believe MAK is the best company for the job! Here are the 9 of the most important reasons we think youll be better off choosing MAK : 9 GOOD REASONS TO GO MAK1 - Our MAK Team We Walk
the Walk
Its no secret that the tone of a company is set by its leadership. And, Erika Adelman, General Manager, and Mar Kelly are just that leaders at the forefront of environmental science for some 18 years. An officer and active committee leader of New Jerseys Mid-Atlantic Solar Energy Industries Association, Mar's passion has been the environment since she was a child.
And, as people with down home sensibilities and caring personalities, Mar and Erika take every job personally - you will be in constant contact with them as they guide your project to completion both on and off-site. What keeps our leaders awake at night is knowing that a clients problem has not yet been solved.
2 - Our Team of Professionals
GE/BP/Evergreen Thinks Were Our expert team has convinced GE, BP and Evergreen to make us one of the largest authorized dealer of state-of-the-art solar products. MAK's professional staff, led by Erika Adelman, environmental scientist and General Manager, Ted Grey and Marcus Conus, MAK Crew leaders, are trained by GE and BP and have been licensed building professionals for over 15 years on both residential and commercial projects. Thus, our staff is knowledgeable in all facets of the installation process, from the home solar site assessment to the technical planning to the installation phase to the regulatory requirements.
Another benefit of having professionals in your home? We are on time, courteous and, most importantly, we clean up after ourselves!
3 - Our Industry Track Record No Joanny Come Lately Were not just a company that has popped up to take advantage of the new
statutory incentives for solar energy. MAK has
been working in the environmental field for over 15 years. In fact, from 1989 to
2000, MAK was the preferred environmental consulting firm for investors, banks and
construction companies throughout the United States, including JP Morgan, Paine Webber Real Estate, GE
Commercial Finance and Chase Manhattan Capital Markets.
4 - Our GE, BP and Evergreen Materials Were the LargestSource in New Jersey
5 - Our Happy Customers We Really Do Care Lets face it, its tough to get any customer service these days (unless you count a phone message as service ), much less good customer service. And lets also face that, with any project of this size, there is a big need for attentive client service. Now, unless the person leading the company actually cares about making people happy and believes that this truly will make her company grow, you can bet that the focus will be strictly on selling, not serving. With Erika and MAK, the focus is on you first. Your total, 100% satisfaction.
Happily, weve already completed a number of projects for homeowners in the New Jersey Area, and they have graciously provided us with our most convincing argument to date as to why you should choose MAK their testimonials of how we took care of them. 6 - Our Process We Make It Easy We know that going solar is a commitment on your part of precious time and energy (not to mention money), and its our job to make this process go as smoothly and stress-free as possible. We are committed to do that through a tried and true project planning each step of the way. To that end, weve taken on as much of the administrative and financial duties as we possibly can for you. With this system in place, it typically will take from 30-45 days from your first contact during your MAK solar assessment to the completion and operation of your new solar energy system. We take care of all the details as listed below: þ Custom Layout & DesignþDeliveryþAll HardwareþAll LaborþAll Required PermitsþUtility Interconnection and Net Metering Agreement þ Installation Inspection
